The one who spends a "life-changing" semester abroad and WON'T. STOP. TALKING. ABOUT IT.
Bestie, that was me.
"When I studied abroad in London..."
"Oh this jacket? I got it from Primark when I studied abroad in London!"
“I miss the Pret meal deals from studying abroad in London.”
I can admit that I was intolerable.
But if I had been the marketing director for my study abroad program, I would've deserved a HEFTY raise.
When I love something, I really love it. And I will tell you about it until you either hate it or love it, too.
That's the kind of energy I want you to bring to your business in the last 4 months of the year.

BELOW THE FOLD
You are constantly in your own head, dude.
Which means that you're thinking about your business like, ALL the time.
But your ideal clients are busy thinking about their businesses, not yours.
So while you feel repetitive and annoying mentioning your offer for the 3rd time that week, your ideal client is grateful for the reminder to check out your services!
Selling is helping. And not in a braggy, bro-marketing, "I'm the savior of your business" kinda way.
You provide a service that people need (or want — just as valid)
It doesn't benefit them and it certainly doesn't benefit you if you never tell people about it.
And I don't mean just the once, either.
Studies show it takes SEVEN times seeing the same message for it to really stick in someone's head.
Even if you posted a story talking about your brand design service once a day for a week, there's no guarantee that the same people would see that story every single day.
In fact, I think it's a guarantee that they wouldn't.
And the people that do see it every day? Bestie, they're already your biggest fan if they're seeing evvvverything, so you don't have to worry about "annoying" them by "being salesy"
Helloooo, it's B2B marketing over here, I'd be disappointed if you weren't selling!
It's not enough to just have your website up and wait for the right people to find their way to your services page.
You need to put up a dozen and one flashing neon signs pointed in the direction you want your dream clients to go and make sure you keep paying the power bill (aka you keep talking about your services)
Selling effectively is about more than just the frequency, though.
Imagine if this is how I talked about my semester abroad:
"Yeah, you can try it, if you want."
Blah. Boring. Not exactly enticing you to join, is it?
Now imagine this:
"The 4 months I spent in London was the best time of my life. We lived smack dab in the center of London, the professors were amazing, and it was cheaper than out-of-state tuition at the university!!!! It was an absolutely life-changing experience!!"
That's so much more interesting!!!
(It's also all true, which is an important caveat of being your brand's #1 fan)
I want you to exude this much enthusiasm when you talk about your business, okay?
Seeing people genuinely lit up about the work they do is downright INTOXICATING and I want to see more of it!!!
